Zaplert Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Zaplert, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you are using Zaplert on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Who We Are

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use Zaplert.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you where you use the app.

4. Description of the Service

Zaplert is a crypto price alert and market viewing tool. Depending on the version you use, features may include:

• Viewing live or near-live cryptocurrency spot market data
• Creating alert rules (for example: price above/below, percentage increase/decrease, price range, watchlist updates)
• Receiving push notifications when alert conditions are met
• Managing favorites, alert history, and account settings

Features may change over time as we improve the product. We may add, modify, or remove features without prior notice, except where required by law or store policy.

6. Market Data Accuracy & Third-Party Sources

Market prices and related information shown in Zaplert may come from third-party exchanges or data providers (including, where applicable, Binance public market data). We do not control those sources and do not warrant that data is complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. Delays, outages, missing ticks, or incorrect values can occur. Alerts may fire late, fail to fire, or fire based on incomplete data.

7. Accounts & Security

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly at hello@walkonweb.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users or our systems.

8. Push Notifications

If you enable notifications, Zaplert may send push messages related to your alert rules and account. You can disable notifications in your device settings. Delivery depends on your device, OS permissions, network connectivity, and third-party push services (such as Firebase Cloud Messaging). We are not liable for missed, delayed, or duplicate notifications.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Zaplert for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Misrepresent Zaplert as a licensed exchange, broker, or investment adviser
• Circumvent security, rate limits, or store platform policies
• Use the app in any way that could harm Walkonweb, other users, or third-party providers

10. Free Service, Ads & Changes to Pricing

Zaplert is currently offered free to download and use. The free experience may include advertisements. We may introduce paid plans, subscriptions, or remove ads in the future. Any paid features will be clearly disclosed in the app and/or on Google Play before you are charged. Taxes, currency conversion, and store billing rules (including Google Play billing) apply to any paid purchases.

11. Intellectual Property

Zaplert, including its name, branding, UI, code, and content (excluding third-party market data and libraries), is owned by Walkonweb or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

How we collect and use personal data is described in the Zaplert Privacy Policy. By using the app, you acknowledge that policy.

13. Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via /apps/zaplert/data-deletion/ or by emailing hello@walkonweb.in. We may retain limited information when required by law, fraud prevention, or legitimate security needs.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zaplert is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that alerts will always be timely or accurate.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Walkonweb and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or trading losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) Zaplert—even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Zaplert in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Walkonweb from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of Zaplert, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Third-Party Services & Store Platforms

Zaplert may rely on third-party services (for example: cloud hosting, analytics, push delivery, ads, or market data). Those services have their own terms. If you download Zaplert from Google Play, Google's terms and policies also apply to the distribution relationship. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under Google Play policies or applicable consumer law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Zaplert after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, in-app notice or email where available).

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the app, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
